ISOLATED HEAVY THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO AFFECT AT TIMES, INITIALLY THE WESTERN HALF OF THE ISLAND AND AFTER MIDDAY OTHER AREAS AS WELL. RAIN RATES ARE EXPECTED TO RANGE BETWEEN 35 AND 55 MILLIMETERS PER HOUR, WHILE HAIL IS ALSO LIKELY. IN THUNDERSTORMS WIND GUST IS LIKELY TO REACH 7 TO 8 BEAUFORT, AT TIMES.
