Who is behind it
CyWarn is built by Kevin Koch, founder of KCraft Studio in Paphos. Kevin has worked in software development for more than eight years, in energy, healthcare, entertainment and crypto, most recently as a CTO.
KCraft Studio has delivered more than 30 projects. CyWarn is the studio's own product: warnings from many sources in one place, clear and in your language.

How CyWarn is funded
All warnings are free and will stay free. There are no ads and we do not sell data. The optional CyWarn Plus subscription with the family features pays for running the service.
Not an authority
CyWarn is not an official warning system and does not replace one. In an emergency, instructions from the authorities and CY-Alert messages always take precedence. CyWarn adds a map, history and background.
Where the warnings come from
CyWarn does not create its own warnings. Every alert comes from one of these sources and names it.
